We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin on our last visit, so we already knew we loved this area. This time, I wanted something more private to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the secluded bungalows provided the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, just a one-minute walk from both the Cicada and Tamarind night markets. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. The woman at the front desk, who may have been the manager, was incredibly kind to my parents and always made a point to greet us warmly whenever she saw us. The young gentleman at the front was also very welcoming—he even noticed my dad struggling to park due to motorbikes in the way and immediately ran over to help move them. The security guard was just as friendly, always greeting us with a smile each morning. That said, there’s some room for improvement. Breakfast could be enhanced by offering fresh milk with coffee instead of powdered packets. Additionally, while the location is fantastic, the live music from Cicada Market can be heard until 11 PM, which might be a downside for light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location.

Location was great, an easy walk to the beach and to the night markets (cicada and tamarind). Although we found both markets to be overpriced for food, especially cicada. Nice atmosphere though. It was off the main road..by all means..DO NOT book a hotel on the main road..or at least don't let them give you a room facing the road. The noises from the late night motorcycles will be too much. So this area was peaceful. The atmosphere was magical..more memorable than a standard anonymous hotel with long hallways. The pool was nice in the evening. Quiet and romantic. The breakfast served to your patio in the morning was nice. The rooms had a nice charming feel, although the exterior was a little dated. Price was fair...we recommend switching locations every three nights to keep things fresh. Staying anywhere too long will make the vacation more repetitive and mundane. It's worth packing every three days and transport to a new hotel is only 100 baht. It was also nice to be on the green baht bus line...an easy 15 baht to get to the malls or hua hin night market further north.

Bungalows have character so you feel like you in a Thailand village rather than just modern hotel room the can be duplicated in many parts of the world, it's what what we prefer. Highly recommend booking when the two different markets are open as then short stroll (about 200 mtrs up road) for a huge array of street food stalls. Good pools (there are two) had a lovely fine dining meal in the restaurant which is more costly but we balanced this out with other night that were cost effective. Staff organised a car hire for us as we found this area and Hua Hin in general is more spread out and to get to various sights (as we had family unable to hire motorbike but for those couple only good location). Near markets two market (check nights open depending on time of year) massage places and 7/11 not far, a couple of bars, enjoyed Lost and Found. Lovely staff and would stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights and it was just amazing, especially the staff was just great, helpful and always forthcoming. The security men was so lovely, whenever we left or came back he opened the gate for our motorbike. As for the location it's already written in many reviews - the proximity to the two night markets on weekends is great but also loud (only till 11pm), but it wasn't a problem for us. We also loved the size of the resort, just a handful of bungalows with a shared pool, exactly the way we love it. The bungalows are a bit old but still well kept. We will definitely return once we will be in Hua Hin

What I liked:EVERYTHING !!! The location, two steps away from the Cicada and Tamarind markets. The great breakfasts which were served every morning, in time and in front of the room. Two pools with several (but no too many) bungalows around. The great reception and the personel. In one word to summarize: Next time, if feasible, will go to that resort again!
